Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Planning Analyst to support their Supply Chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the supply planning for materials, consumables, and spare parts for custom manufacturing
• Develop and maintain project plans for new operations initiatives while balancing customer needs
• Manage a comprehensive S&OP process, including meetings to review demand and supply

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, startups, or supply chain planning
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Excel, familiar with SQL, Hex, and BI tools
• Understanding of supply chain principles, manufacturing, and capex planning
• Familiarity with ERP systems or supply chain management software is preferred
