Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Supply Chain Planning team on a contract basis, the Planning Analyst will manage monthly S&OP preparations, compile data for quarterly investment reviews, and build advanced Excel planning tools, all while working remotely for a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly S&OP prep by pulling data, conducting analyses, and delivering presentation materials on a fixed schedule
• Compile planning data and create presentation-ready materials for quarterly investment reviews and executive meetings
• Build and maintain formula-driven Excel tools for various planning analyses, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, merchandising, or data analysis, preferably in footwear, apparel, or retail
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in auditing and rebuilding formula-driven planning tools
• Able to synthesize data into clear narratives and visually compelling presentations for senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with retail/wholesale planning concepts and S&OP processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Tableau is preferred
