Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing consumer services team, the full-time Planning Manager will manage the unified intake process for all incoming requests and initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate the unified Front Door for all incoming requests, ensuring clean, decision-ready submissions
• Drive alignment across FSO's sub-functions to consolidate fragmented intake processes and maintain relationships with external teams
• Build and maintain reporting on intake volume and bottlenecks, continuously improving the Front Door operating model

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 6-8+ years of experience in program management or business operations
• Hands-on experience with intake, triage, or workflow systems in tools like Airtable or Asana
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase workstreams with competing deadlines
