Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing, engineering, and production activities in a single plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Implements lean manufacturing concepts to improve plant performance
• Manages production plans, tracks progress, and takes corrective actions as needed
• Forecasts production needs and contributes to annual budget preparation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10 or more years of relevant experience
• Experience with manufacturing plant start-up and project management preferred
• Plastics industry experience is a plus
