Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plant Operations Manager III to lead plant-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign manufacturing layouts and lead ramp-up/ramp-down efforts
• Launch new processes and products while driving capacity and flow improvements
• Integrate new technology and equipment into production operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in plant-wide transformation leadership
• Expertise in industrial engineering and lean methodologies
• Experience in time studies, line balancing, and value stream mapping
• Proven ability to implement new equipment and processes at scale
• Experience in determining resource, material, and labor requirements for new processes
