Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plant Scientist - Field Research Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead junior scientists in data collection, analysis, and documentation for plant research
• Design and conduct field and greenhouse research to enhance agricultural systems and commercial protocols
• Build and maintain relationships with research partners and manage technical aspects of collaborations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Horticultural Science, agronomy, botany, genetics, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a BS with 10+ years of experience
• Familiarity with agricultural practices in the Southwest US
• Knowledge of field trial methodology and data analysis
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
