Plant Takeoff Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plant Takeoff Specialist to generate detailed material scopes for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project schedules and analyze specifications and plans to identify issues
• Perform detailed material takeoffs and ensure accuracy before releasing data to Project Managers
• Coordinate with Project Managers and engineers through meetings and RFIs to resolve project-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks materials
• Knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials relevant to the waterworks industry
• Familiarity with construction documents, including plans, specifications, and project management documents
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with additional knowledge of estimating software being a plus
