Plant Takeoff Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plant Takeoff Specialist to work remotely on project documents for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project schedules and analyze specifications and plans to identify issues
• Perform detailed material takeoffs and ensure project data accuracy before release
• Coordinate with project managers and sales associates to review project scopes and update materials as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks materials
• Knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials in the waterworks industry
• Experience with construction documents including plans and specifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating software is a plus
