Platform Analyst Advisor

Job Summary

Leading system planning and requirements analysis, the full-time remote Platform Analyst Advisor will coordinate with internal users and external partners to translate business needs into technical solutions while managing multiple initiatives throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts system requirements analysis and validation to ensure completeness and adherence to standards
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements and guide solution design based on deep knowledge of business processes
• Implements and improves processes for system planning, requirements definition, and release planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile / Lean or Kanban
• Proficiency in Amazon Q/Kiro, Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in creating system workflows and documentation, with cloud development experience in Azure or AWS preferred
