Platform Analyst Manager

Job Summary

Leading system planning and requirements analysis, the full-time remote Platform Analyst Manager will coordinate business and technical objectives while managing multiple initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Leads system requirements analysis and validation activities, ensuring completeness and adherence to standards
• Builds and maintains knowledge of business processes to guide requirements definition and solution design
• Partners with stakeholders to understand needs and present aligned solutions while producing and maintaining system documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile / Lean or Kanban
• Experience with Amazon Q/Kiro, Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in creating system workflows and documentation
