Platform Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Analytics Engineer to lead analytics for their core product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build clean, scalable data models in dbt
• Define core metrics and ensure they're documented, tested, and consistently applied
• Analyze user behavior across onboarding, engagement, coaching, and care delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar role
• Advanced SQL and experience with dbt or similar analytics tooling
• Python experience for analysis, modeling, or experimentation
• Comfortable working with behavioral health, lifecycle, or time-series data
• Solid understanding of how to design and interpret experiments
