Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Platform and Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and improve service management and operational processes across Managed Services
  • Ensure effective utilization and reliability of service management platforms supporting Managed Services
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery velocity and customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Managed Services, IT Operations, or IT Service Management
  • Previous experience in people management or team leadership
  • Experience with ITSM and monitoring platforms such as ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, or N-able
  • Strong understanding of platform governance and change control in production environments
  • Experience in developing operational documentation like SOPs and knowledge bases
