Platform Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Architect to provide technical vision and strategy for a healthcare interoperability platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term technical roadmap for the platform, ensuring scalability and high uptime
• Lead the design of critical components and simplify complex systems through hands-on technical leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure and enhance engineering velocity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3-5 years in a dedicated Architecture or Lead/Principal role
• Expertise in Cloud-Native Architecture, particularly with AWS services
• Proven track record in designing systems that handle high volumes of real-time data
• Deep experience with modern backend environments, especially Node.js/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals and architectural patterns
