Platform Architect

Job Summary

Partnering with Sales Engineers on complex enterprise opportunities, the full-time remote Platform Architect will own the technical architecture conversation, focusing on integration design, security posture, and compliance requirements while demonstrating Seismic's capabilities in AI and orchestration technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with IT and architecture stakeholders to address infrastructure questions
• Drive technical validation in proof-of-concept engagements by configuring environments and validating integration patterns
• Build self-guided demo experiences to enhance customer exploration of Seismic's technical capabilities

Required qualifications:

• Two or more years of customer-facing experience in solutions engineering or technical presales at an enterprise SaaS company
• Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, including REST APIs and OAuth 2.0
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM technologies, including prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks
• Experience in configuring technical proof-of-concepts or demo environments in a presales context
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
