Platform Capacity Manager - MI
Job Summary
Driving alignment to a rolling 18-month production and inventory plan, the full-time hybrid Platform Capacity Manager - MI will collaborate with supply and demand planners and senior leadership to ensure service, inventory, and operating objectives are met while leading strategic meetings and performing business analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Create and publish planning and inventory views for the monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle
- Access, analyze, and interpret platform plans to understand impacts on service, costs, and working capital
- Lead monthly strategic alignment meetings with senior leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment
Required qualifications
- Understanding of supply/demand planning business concepts and key metrics
- Experience with inventory planning software (e.g., SAP-SNP-Manugistics)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Ability to create insights through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience in managing and influencing people, projects, and programs effectively
