Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Coordinator - Fulltime Weekend.

Key Responsibilities

Support Care Coordinators by prioritizing and completing tasks related to platform referrals
Process patient referrals from various platforms and manage communication regarding referral status
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and meet productivity goals set by supervisors

Required Qualifications

GED or High School Diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
Ability to manage conflict and multiple work demands effectively
Experience with EMR databases such as Allscripts, Navi, Epic NCH, and PowerChart
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software
