Platform Customer Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer III, Platform, HCLS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, supporting targeted sales motions
• Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to demonstrate the value of the cloud platform through demos and workshops
• Architect cross-pillar solutions and drive technical wins while facilitating post-sales transitions and supporting implementation teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
• Experience with cloud engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
• Experience in programming languages and systems design
• Experience supporting the Life Sciences or Pharma industries
