Platform Customer Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with technical Sales teams, the full-time Platform Customer Engineer will engage with customers to understand their business issues, troubleshoot technical questions, and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions while working remotely or onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy to support targeted sales motions
• Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to demonstrate the value of Google Cloud Platform through complex demos and workshops
• Architect cross-pillar solutions, drive technical wins, and facilitate the post-sales transition to implementation teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
• Experience with cloud engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders
• Proficiency in programming languages and systems design
