Job Summary

To support a growing customer base, the full-time Platform Customer Engineer will engage with technical sales teams to architect cloud solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive new business opportunities, with the flexibility to work remotely or from various office locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, supporting targeted sales motions
  • Architect cross-pillar solutions and lead technical engagements during the solution phase
  • Facilitate post-sales transitions by supporting pricing activities and coordinating with implementation teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
  • Experience with cloud engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
  • Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders
  • Proficiency in programming languages, debugging, and systems design
