Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of manufacturing clients, the full-time Platform Customer Engineer will engage in technical-led conversations, architect cross-pillar cloud solutions, and drive technical wins while working remotely or from various in-office locations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, supporting sales motions
- Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to demonstrate the value of Google Cloud Platform through complex demos and workshops
- Architect solutions, drive technical wins, and facilitate post-sales transitions to implementation teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience with cloud engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders
- Proficiency in programming languages, debugging, systems design, and customer workshops
