Platform Development Manager
Job Summary
Leading the engineering for the Care Connect Suite and Voice Connect products, the full-time Platform Development Manager will manage distributed development and QA teams, partner with the Platform Architect, and provide technical direction for Kubernetes-based architecture and IVR design in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team for the Care Connect Suite and Voice Connect products
- Define priorities and delivery plans in collaboration with Product Management and the Platform Architect
- Oversee Scrum/SAFe planning, backlog management, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams across distributed/global locations
- 8+ years in software development or development-testing, with experience in platform/infrastructure engineering
- Experience with Service-Oriented Architectures and API gateways
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
