Platform Enablement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Enablement Consultant (Market Research).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the AI-Powered Insights Platform and provide technical guidance to clients
• Guide clients in translating complex research needs into effective online survey designs
• Perform quality assurance on client-built surveys and troubleshoot technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in German and English (at least C1 for both)
• 2+ years of experience in survey-based market research or self-service market research platforms
• Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Information Systems, or related field with a focus on Quantitative Research
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of quantitative methods
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
