Platform Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Enablement Lead to support a large enterprise organization undergoing a significant DevOps transformation through remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform enablement and DevOps initiatives, ensuring progress against defined technical and business goals
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and cross team dependencies across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams
• Drive clear communication and alignment between technical teams and senior stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical initiatives in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud-based software environments
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices, with hands-on experience writing Terraform
• Proven ability to navigate organizational change, manage delivery risk, and lead cross-functional technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
