Platform Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Platform Enablement Engineers, the full-time remote Platform Enablement Manager will mentor staff, oversee complex workflow resolutions, and serve as a cross-functional liaison to enhance operational efficiency and communication between engineering and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a team, establishing performance metrics and career development pathways
• Oversee prioritization and resolution of complex workflow failures, acting as the final authority for high-impact escalations
• Maintain triage queue efficiency and present data-backed cases to leadership for platform enhancements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support engineering or platform enablement, with at least 1-2 years in a management role
• Strong proficiency in log analysis tools and advanced SQL queries
• Hands-on experience with API testing and validating JSON payloads
• Ability to navigate source code repositories and correlate client-side errors with backend logging
• Direct experience using GenAI tools for data aggregation and documentation workflows
