Platform Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting advisor-impacting projects, the full-time remote Platform Enablement Specialist will manage user acceptance testing, workflow validation, and documentation while coordinating communication and resource development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support user acceptance testing for advisor-impacting projects and system changes
• Create communication materials and summaries for project updates and workflow changes
• Develop testing videos and assist with resource updates in collaboration with the Instructional Designer

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, communications, technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in user acceptance testing, project coordination, or business operations
• Strong understanding of business process documentation and workflow validation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or related platforms preferred
