Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer 1 to work remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot security solutions, including Microsoft Defender and enterprise-class antivirus tools
• Partner with clients to configure appropriate security solutions and support monitoring operations
• Manage and configure cybersecurity tools and provide troubleshooting support

Required Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of hands-on security support or systems administration experience
• Experience with Mac OS, Windows, and Unix systems
• Basic knowledge of identity and access management, malware detection, and network monitoring tools
• Preferred bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field
• Relevant security certifications such as Security +, CEH, or Microsoft certifications are preferred
