Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer to support a leading data center provider in strengthening and scaling their cloud and infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for scalable and secure environments
• Implement and manage VPC configurations, subnets, routing, and traffic controls for secure cloud networking
• Apply system hardening standards and best practices aligned with SOC 2 and NIST compliance requirements

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with Terraform and other IaC tools
• Solid understanding of VPC architecture, traffic flows, routing, and cloud network security
• Experience implementing controls aligned to SOC 2 and/or NIST standards
• Proficiency with firewall configuration, traffic management, and network security tooling
