Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, maintain, operate, and improve managed infrastructure services for technologists firm-wide
• Design and communicate standards for how centrally managed services can be used
• Support internal technologists with triage, education, and consulting

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or adjacent roles
• Expertise in operating infrastructure at scale
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, Java, or Ruby
• Experience with Kubernetes, Apache Airflow, Kafka, and Redis
• Comfort deploying software to the cloud and on-premises
