Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Owning significant aspects of cloud infrastructure, the full-time remote Platform Engineer L2 will design, deploy, and maintain services that enhance developer experience while focusing on fault tolerance and operational simplicity.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain infrastructure using OpenTofu, ensuring operational simplicity and fault tolerance
• Manage the lifecycle of services, including design, deployment, production support, and ongoing enhancements
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to facilitate safe and rapid application deployment

Required qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as a software, platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineer across multiple organizations
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other major cloud providers
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as OpenTofu or Terraform
• Experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Python or Go, with a willingness to work in both languages
