Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced in managed services, the full-time salaried Platform Engineer will oversee the operational health of infrastructure and applications for a diverse, multi-tenant client base, serving as the escalation point for complex issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for complex infrastructure, application, and platform issues across multi-tenant client environments
• Triage, configure, and tune monitoring and alerting platforms to reduce noise and prevent incidents
• Manage Windows Server environments, SQL Server operational tasks, and administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment at a senior or Level 3 capacity
• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration, including Group Policy and Hyper-V
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration
• Experience managing Active Directory and Entra ID environments
• Knowledge of email authentication and DNS management
