Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for operational stability and enhancement of the State Street ePAM platform, the remote Platform Engineer will provide L2/L3 support for incidents, monitor system performance, and collaborate with Finance and vendors to ensure system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational stability and support for the State Street ePAM platform
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and user issues
• Monitor system performance and perform root cause analysis for issue resolution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of application support experience
• Experience with investment accounting systems preferred
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills
