Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Platform Engineer I will manage production operations, participate in major incident response, and develop automation solutions to enhance platform reliability and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to support production platforms and lead major incident management efforts
- Develop automation tools and dashboards to improve operational workflows and enhance platform reliability
- Analyze production behavior and utilize AI tools to drive engineering decisions and improve incident response capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical role
- Strong Linux fundamentals and experience with AWS or another major cloud platform
- Basic scripting experience using Python, Bash, or a similar language
- Experience with Git and modern software development workflows
