Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Contributing to the development of cloud-native infrastructure, the remote Platform Engineer will enhance internal developer tooling, improve deployment processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the internal platform-as-a-service for application and service developers
• Build and maintain tools that enhance developer workflows and deployment reliability
• Collaborate with engineers to identify friction points and implement improvements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of software development and infrastructure experience
• Experience with AWS or other cloud-based providers
• Familiarity with container orchestration, CI/CD, or production observability
• Strong debugging skills and a desire to improve system reliability
• Empathy for developers and a commitment to enhancing their experience
