Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Platform Engineer will enhance cloud-native infrastructure and DevSecOps processes while building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automating operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance cloud-native infrastructure and platform automation, focusing on Neo4j graph database environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments across cloud environments, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Monitor system performance and establish best practices for platform operations in collaboration with development, security, and operations teams

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Systems Administration
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting Neo4j environments
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, and infrastructure automation and scripting
