Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on hardening and scaling infrastructure for a global cloud platform, requiring expertise in Kubernetes, container runtimes, and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Go
• Engage deeply with Kubernetes internals and design improvements for container runtime integrations
• Troubleshoot complex issues across networking, load balancing, and distributed systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure
• Strong experience with Kubernetes administration and internals
• Proficiency in Go and scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation
• Deep knowledge of container security practices
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipeline design
