Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Excited to enhance engineering productivity, the full-time remote Platform Engineer will build internal platforms and tooling that streamline operations, improve developer experiences, and leverage AI for automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered platform tools that automate repetitive tasks and recommend engineering improvements
• Create an internal developer platform that enhances usability and supports various architectural styles
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify platform gaps and build scalable infrastructure

Required qualifications

• Experience in platform engineering, developer infrastructure, or internal tooling
• Background as an early engineering hire, founder, or experience shipping meaningful side projects
• Strong systems thinking with a focus on improving engineering productivity through tooling and automation
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows
• Proficiency in working across infrastructure, backend systems, and developer tooling
