Platform Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Operations Command Centre, the full-time Platform Engineer will engage in engineering solutions and operating production platforms, focusing on incident management, automation, and enhancing platform reliability in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and lead Major Incident Management to restore production services
- Develop automation tools and dashboards to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability
- Analyze production data to enhance observability and define operational KPIs for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical role
- Strong Linux fundamentals and familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform
- Basic scripting experience using Python, Bash, or a similar language
- Experience with modern AI engineering tools and a strong ownership mindset for continuous improvement
