Platform Engineer
Job Summary
To support the organization's application development and deployment, the remote Platform Engineer will design and implement infrastructure as code, maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and oversee the migration of microservices to Kubernetes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Azure ARM, Terraform, or Ansible
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automating application deployment to Azure services
- Collaborate with security teams to integrate security best practices into development and deployment processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and deploying cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven track record of implementing and managing infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic
