Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer I to manage and optimize their HubSpot instance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the architecture and health of the HubSpot platform, ensuring reliability and scalability
Design and maintain workflows and automation sequences that align with go-to-market objectives
Manage data structure and enforce data governance standards across HubSpot and connected systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
2-4+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot administration and building
Proven ability to implement HubSpot and connect marketing, sales, and data systems
Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead management processes
Working knowledge of APIs and automation tools is preferred
