Platform Engineer I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer I to manage and optimize their HubSpot instance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and health of the HubSpot platform, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Design and maintain workflows, automation sequences, and data governance standards
• Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other systems while troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Computer Science or related field preferred
• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub required)
• Proven ability to implement HubSpot and connect marketing, sales, and data systems
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead management processes
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
