Platform Engineer II

Job Summary

Supporting the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, the contract Platform Engineer II - AI Enablement will work remotely or in Memphis, focusing on AI infrastructure and application development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of AI infrastructure and AI-powered applications, including backend systems and API integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence in AI solutions
• Develop APIs, automation scripts, and data pipelines to enhance AI platform scalability and integration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure engineering, or cloud engineering, focusing on AI infrastructure or application development
• Experience building backend applications and APIs (REST/GraphQL/gRPC) or developing user-facing AI applications
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.) or cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, TypeScript, etc.)
