Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineering Manager to lead and architect core platform applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team culture while recruiting and mentoring engineering talent
• Oversee the design and development of platform applications, ensuring timely project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and guide architectural decisions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a management or technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in Python and experience with API services and Kubernetes
• Experience delivering AI or machine learning products in production environments
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD and testing
• Hands-on coding experience, contributing up to 50% of the time
