Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of cloud and event-streaming services
• Act as the Product Owner, conducting user research to enhance the internal developer platform
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers while fostering a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering
• 2-3 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Expert knowledge of Kafka/MSK and orchestration services
• Experience with AI techniques for operational workflows and platform governance
