Platform Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Platform Engineering Manager, responsible for leading the design and evolution of Infrastructure as Code and automation capabilities in a hybrid environment, focusing on scalable and secure infrastructure solutions, in a full-time managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of infrastructure engineers to define and execute the IaC and platform automation strategy
• Implement and scale Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and support incident response and production issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 7 years or more of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering
• 2 years or more of leadership or team management experience
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform
• Experience working in cloud environments, specifically AWS and/or Azure
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
