Job Summary

Leading Cedar's Platform Testing team, the full-time salaried Platform Engineering Manager will manage testing strategy and execution to enhance developer velocity and product reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Platform Testing team, focusing on strategy, execution, and talent development
• Develop and implement a testing platform roadmap to improve developer velocity and product reliability
• Partner with engineering leaders to establish testing strategies aligned with service-oriented architecture

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in testing and developer experience
• 2+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience
• Experience with CI/CD systems, testing infrastructure, or developer productivity systems
• Strong technical judgment and ability to evaluate tradeoffs in software delivery
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into actionable plans
