Platform Engineering Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Engineering to lead the development of a next-generation transplant diagnostics platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of a next-generation platform for SaaS, PaaS, and DaaS delivery models
• Manage platform engineering activities, including cloud architecture, data flow, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in designing and deploying SaaS and PaaS solutions in regulated environments
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
