Platform Engineering Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead / Sr. Manager, Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the technical roadmap across platform engineering
• Manage cloud infrastructure at production scale and automate processes for self-service
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and oversee incident response and operational practices

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in platform engineering, including DevOps and Infrastructure
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IAM primitives
• Proficiency in at least one systems or backend language for infrastructure tooling
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Ability to operate autonomously and drive projects from concept through production
