Platform Experience Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform and Developer Experience Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the AI context layer and maintain CLAUDE.md and skill files for non-engineers using Claude Code
• Manage the CI/CD layer, including feature flag enforcement and automated PR review
• Automate documentation and contribute to the shared infrastructure to enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in platform, DevEx, or infrastructure engineering with strong CI/CD knowledge
• Proficiency in AWS and observability tools like Cloudwatch
• Experience in a lean, fast-moving codebase with a focus on automation
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and writing CLAUDE.md
• High agency in identifying and mitigating risks independently
