Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic and commercial roadmap for a Building Materials platform
• Develop and execute platform strategies aligned with growth objectives and sustainability goals
• Lead the end-to-end innovation funnel from discovery to commercialization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemical or Materials Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of B2B marketing, product management, or business leadership experience in relevant industries
• Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies with measurable financial results
• Strong command of strategic marketing and business frameworks
• Solid financial acumen with experience in building business cases and assessing investment performance
