Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Growth Leader - Upstream Chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic and commercial roadmap for the Oilfield Chemicals platform, defining market engagement strategies
• Develop and execute platform strategies aligned with growth objectives and sustainability goals
• Lead the end-to-end innovation funnel from discovery to commercialization and post-launch evaluation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in chemistry or a related field
• MBA with Marketing or Strategy concentrations preferred
• 7+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in marketing or business development
• Experience developing market strategies for hydrogen sulfide scavenger products
• Strong financial acumen and experience in strategic marketing or consulting
